Bollywood stars Shilpa Shetty, Shamita Shetty and their mother, Sunanda Shetty was summoned by Andheri court in loan repayment case
Andheri court issued summons to Shilpa, Shamita and Sunanda follwing a complaint by a businessman over a Rs. 21 lakh loan
The court orders Shilpa, Shamita and Sunanda to appear infront of the cout on February 28
According to the complaint Shilpa, Shamita and Sunanda failed to repay the loan which was was allegedly taken by their father in 2015
Reports claim that Surendra had borrowed the amount at an 18 percent interest per year
Before Surendra could repay the loan, he died on October 11, 2016
After that Shilpa, Shamita and Sunanda have refused to pay the loan
