Roja termed as a fire brand politician and she is one the political leaders in Andhra Pradesh who has good oratory skills
Roja started her political career in 2004 and won as Nagari MLA by contesting againt Congress candidate Reddyvari Chenga Reddy
She also contested from Chandragiri constituency in 2009 but didn't taste success
oja who joined Congress Party at the time of YS Rajasekhara Reddy, continued to extend her support to YSR's son YS Jagan Mohan Reddy as well
She was elected as an MLA from Nagari in Andhra Pradesh twice in the 2014 and 2019 elections
Roja announced that she is not going to be the judge anymore on Jabardasth comedy show
