Chennai-based Architects Ponni Concessao and Oscar Concessao designed the secretariat complex
During the construction, secretariat was working out of Burgula Rama Krishna Rao building
Various departments have begun relocating to new secretariat
Originally the secretariat was scheduled to be inaugurated on Feb 17, but it was deferred after a fire incident
