The Delhi Capitals beat the Sunrisers Hyderabad by 21 runs because of spectacular power-hitting from David Warner and Rovman Powell.

Warner slammed 92 off 58 balls, while Powell added 67 off 35 balls to help Delhi put up a massive 207/3 in 20 overs.

SRH got off to a rough start chasing the total, with Abhishek Sharma and Kane Williamson within the powerplay overs.

Aiden Markram then had a vital 60-run stand with Nicholas Pooran before being caught by Khaleel Ahmed on 42 (22).

Pooran hit 62 off 34 balls, keeping SRH in the game till the 18th over of the run chase.

For Delhi Capitals, Khaleel Ahmed took three wickets and Shardul Thakur picked two wickets

Bhuvneshwar Kumar, Shreyas Gopal and Sean Abbott each picked one wicket for Sunrisres Hyderabad
