Param Vashistha Seva Medal, Padma Shri and Other Awards Won by Olympic Gold Medalist Neeraj Chopra
On the eve of Republic Day, Neeraj Chopra,was awarded the Param Vishisht Seva Medal and Padma Shri.

Last year, Neeraj Chopra created history by winning India's first athletics gold medal at the Olympics.
Last year, Neeraj was also honoured with India’s highest sporting honour, the Major Dhyanchand Khel Ratna Award.
Chopra was conferred with the Arjuna Award in 2018 and the Vishist Seva Medal (VSM) in 2020 for his excellence in sports.
He is currently ranked second internationally by World Athletics.
