Smriti Mandhana's 84 for Maharashtra was in vain as the Railways trounced them by seven wickets.
She struck 84 off 56 balls to score a difficult 160 for four.
In response, opener S Meghana (52) and D Hemalatha (65) both hit half-centuries as Railways chased down the mark with 11 balls to spare.
K Anjali Sarvani (26 not out) and Sneh Rana (6 not out) ensured a win for Railways.
Off-spinner Swagatika Rath was the highlight of the Railways spinners, returning with figures of 3 for 33, while skipper Sneh Rana grabbed one wicket.
